Where did you get your forms before renting?

Hello :) hope you all are enjoying your day.

I’m in the process of hopefully renting out my guest house by the summer time. However, I wanted to ask if there are any recommended websites or real estate lawyers that you would recommend that can type up an excellent rental agreement?

Thank you in advance!

I googled the documents I was looking for and tailored mine to my area and needs. I still make changes to my lease occasional.

There have been articles here on BP about the best clauses to have in you lease. Some of these were useful, but I had most of them already.

I have also compared notes with people in my local real estate club.
