Cozy’s ‘F’ Rating with BBB

Hi All - I recently came across Cozy and signed up but my tenants didn’t feel comfortable providing their bank information given they have an ‘F’ rating on BBB site (https://www.bbb.org/us/or/port...). 

Has anyone had a similar experience? Is Cozy reliable? What are some other alternatives?

Hi All,

BBB requires that companies pay an outrageous annual membership fee in order to respond to comments.  If the company doesn’t participate, an F rating is assigned. We feel that this is unethical and a scam, therefore we choose not to feed into that type company. You will never see us participate with BBB. 

We have an amazing dedicated, full-time customer support team in the US that responds to every support email, and occasionally, we’ll respond here on BP, to help correct any inaccuracies.
