Breakdown of repairs from property manager

Hi all. Looking to get some feedback. Is it unreasonable for me to request a breakdown of services and receipts from my property managers contractor when doing a repair. My PM had their contractor do a make ready after a tenant moved out and charged $700. No scope of work or breakdown of billing was supplied. Just a cost. I hate to be picky but I feel they should supply this information to help me understand and control costs.  Thoughts...

Thanks

@Barry Cohen Absolutely, when I used a PM I always asked for that. You are not being picky.......it is your money and you need to know what it is being spent on!
