I live and work in the area and though there may appear to be a shortage recently and in the short term, there are a ton of large MFs being built/finished right now - largely on the south side and downtown/riverside. My understanding is they have been filling up nicely once complete but I personally feel like the demand will tap out soon. I’d say it’s still safe to get in on smaller stuff but I worry some of these hundred-plus unit builds are going to be left high and dry one of these days
