Lousy parenting I tell ya! All these poorly educated youth trying to acquire and hold down any job that lets them take time for texting and earns high marks on their acceptability lists. The colleges of today spend more time on social issues and no time on skills that would help a young person navigate their way through live.

I've got two; 25 and 26 year old boys (1 college grad & 1 college drop out). They both work full time and both will be able to buy a home here in the Fort Collin's rapidly rising home cost market. They may have to house hack, but that's life. I'll be able to help very little - just enough to get them in, but then balls in their court and I hope they don't fark it up.

@Scott Mac is right about marriage. One spends free time gaming, the other hockey. Neither one ever brings a girl by, or even mentions such a thing. I'll be close to dead if and when eigher gets married.
