What are your inputs on month to month verse yearly leases?
Just gathering some professional advise on renting on a month to month verses a yearly lease. Thank you for your time and feedback.

@Brittany Langley welcome to BP! we had renters on annual leases in California and now in Washington our tenants are month to month. Other than wording here and there the leases are the same. You don't have to worry about lease breaking and penalties with MTM. MTM offers more flexibility and control for the LL, you can renew, or not, raise rents whenever. We have tenants ask for longer term leases; so if tenants want longer term MTM must be better for the LL! ;))
