Property Management Company Negative Review

For those that don't know I run a huge Property Management company, 1,000's of tenants etc....Running a company of this size there are things that come with the territory such as evictions, telling tenants no & things of that nature. This can and often does lead tenants to post negative reviews online. This isn't something that is limited to my company by any means. This is industry wide, it's just part of the territory when you enter the Property Management space.

Every now & again we get investors who read these reviews & think that we don't make necessary repairs or things like that. Definitely not the case considering repairs are a profit center for Property Managers. Property Managers refusing to do necessary repairs would be like Pizza Hut refusing to sell Pizzas, lol.

So with all of that said I figured I'd let all the newbie investors out there see what their Property Managers are dealing with when they field maintenance requests from their tenants. This is a real maintenance request that came in through our online system yesterday. I'd imagine most of you didn't think that they'd look like this.
