Turnkey provider tenant vacancy
So, if I can sum up my question, I guess it would be this. In a scenario If I don’t have renter’s insurance and a tenant moves out of a property that I have purchased from a turnkey provider company; would I now have to wait until another renter to moves in order for my cash flow to start again? Secondly is it the sole responsibility of the turnkey provider to put another renter in? I’m asking of course, because If I finance this property, I am still required to pay the mortgage which would now come directly and completely from my pocket until which time another tenant is in place. Is this a possibility? What if any, is my protection in a situation like this?

@David Brown you have reserves for when that happens. Vacancy happens in any rental business. Not sure why you think that’s be any different in a turnkey property
