I received a PPP loan for my REI business which is a LLC. I would like to fix up a rental property I own that is under my personal name. How (or can I ) use the funds I received, to fix this property. Or can I get into trouble for this. Do I move this property into my LLC ?

Help

I'm interested in putting a property for sale into a DST Deferred Sale Trust. Since the proceeds of the sale is placed in a trust. The trust then reinvest those sale proceed, and the investor can be paid from the interest of the investment. Sounds good, but the investments made can also not turn out well and monies are lost, reducing the payments made, and more important the proceeds of the sale. Is this a possibility?

So, if I can sum up my question, I guess it would be this. In a scenario If I don’t have renter’s insurance and a tenant moves out of a property that I have purchased from a turnkey provider company; would I now have to wait until another renter to moves in order for my cash flow to start again? Secondly is it the sole responsibility of the turnkey provider to put another renter in? I’m asking of course, because If I finance this property, I am still required to pay the mortgage which would now come directly and completely from my pocket until which time another tenant is in place. Is this a possibility? What if any, is my protection in a situation like this?
