3 Day Notice Form

I am in need to find a three-day notice to put on the door of a tenant. I guess I have been lucky so far.

Sinful to wait so long, I just prefer to suck it up. I was in no hurry to throw someone to the street.

It has now been four months and will need to put up a three-day notice, where can I find one?

Additionally does anyone know if in has to be applied to a door, as this one is the 4-hour drive.

Just to be clear Ineed a 3 day notice from or can it be typed up and is there certain language to use.

Thanks in advance

If you enter your state's name, you should be able to get a PDF template. However, check with an attorney or someone from local authority to confirm that you are filing the notice correctly.
