What Rights do I have renting a Business location.  We are at the end of the Lease only we have the right to extend, the landlord is not honoring, can he simply lock up the doors, or does he have to run this through court to have us evicted...

We do not have all of the luxury as a Residential renter, but what rights do I have.

Do any members have any suggestion for a good asset protection Attorney, not looking for a sales person, looking for a good asset protection attorney, in the Ohio area preferred, or someone familiar with our laws.

For those with questions, looking to protect our Real Estate Assets....

First Mistake, I am in a hurry, that is not going to happen. As I recall Real Estate is a process.

Personally, find a job and make Real Estate a Part time adventure... Read, Read, and then Read some more... You will Get it..

$14,000.00 plus 50% of a deal, that is an expensive Education.... How much are other Mentors charging, and what about finding the best Mentor, you can find , if you still need one.

Slow down, get another job, and why not make use of your Real Estate License while you are at it....

I have someone I need to have removed from a home we have it is a land contract deal.

I am looking for a Forfeiture Notice in order to get the process started.

Additionally, any other information would be help full.

I am sure I can have them removed by standard eviction proceedings as they are under 20% paid on the property, but I do need to find a Forfeiture Notice.
