New tenant found issues, can I still charge previous tenant?
Hi, hope all is well.
It has been over 30 days, I've sent the previous tenant their deposit minus deductions and my new tenant sent me the move in condition form. The new tenants found items (like refrigerator shelves cracked) that I didn't catch.
Can I make a list and request payment from previous tenant?
Thanks!
