Tenants From Hell are part of the game ya'll. Proper screening will reduce their frequency but they cannot be eliminated! My team we take over a lot of properties for investors who end up in situations they can no longer control so I get the pleasure of seeing this stuff on a daily basis. Folks if this stuff was easy everyone would be a millionaire investor. I've made my millions & I love this game, but man it is a SAVAGE game that will test everything you've got. I have no words for this photo. How exactly does a tenant accomplish this?
