owner be held liable for home showing ,no notice and entered home
I am a tenant where owner is selling home. Owners realtor has been harassing & threatening me so I got a TRO for agent. Owner also has harassed me and my military attorney sent owner & realtor a cease and desist letter of harassment of myself. Then owner sent me and email stating that he knew someone high ranking in the military (same branch as myself) and he would get them involved to basically to affect my career if I didn’t comply with their demands. Owners agent also threatened me if I didn’t tell her who my commanding officer was she would do her digging to find out and get other people involved to make me comply with their demands. Owner had his agent illegally place lockbox placed on my door with my consent so another outside agent could show home to her client without notice or my permission. I found out someone was in the house when receiving notification from my security cameras. The owner and his agent give an outside agent and her client access to enter my house via lockbox. When I viewed my cameras I watch both The agent and client going through my personal property, all my closets and taking photos of my personal property. They discussion my ethnicity, nationality, African mixed Thai, she Jewish, why I Didn’t want move, why I traveled with so much stuff, people probably give me all that stuff and I just won’t get rid of it, was I a paint, maybe I am a designer and so on.......
Taking photos of my personal property and a real state agent allowed her client to do so he can show people the stuff a had is a violation to my privacy. It is a safety and security issue. I plan to break my lease and move because I don’t know what his intent is and if he is made to delete them but he has already distributed them then it really to late. What are my rights, can Owner be held responsible for moving cost, etc....?

@Tamara Keith I am no attorney so I can't comment on anything besides what I would do in your shoes:
I would find three local attorneys that specialize in this sort of dispute and offer free initial consultations. I would discuss the facts of the case with these attorneys and get their assessment of whether you have a leg to stand on. If they are willing to take the case, compare their fees and see if their fees are feasible. If not, get one of them to write a threatening letter.
It sounds like a headache situation to live in, I would just negotiate a lease termination while protecting your deposit. Tell the owner you just want to move with no issues, and see if you can work a solution amicably.
