Home inspection
Is it allowed to just drop in for a home inspection? or only by 24 hours notice?

For a rental inspection, you can either call and schedule a time. If the tenant does not want you to enter or they are being difficult, then you need to serve a notice telling them you are entering. In AZ the notice is 48 hours, but you will need to check your laws for how much notice is required. If you are just dropping in, then the tenant does have the right to not let you enter.
