Renting to college students

I am looking for any tips when it comes to renting to college students and if anyone can recommend any great books on it! I know there are some nuances to this that traditional rentals do not face so I want to make sure I am fully prepared for the venture. Thank you for the help!

Mary touched on a lot of good ideas. Another thing I would be sure to do is look at the kids social media to see if you can spot any red flags.
