Neighbor neighbor driving across property

I have been notified from one of my tenants that a new tenant from the duplex next to my SFH rental has been driving across my front yard and out our driveway my tenants have asked this lady not to cross onto and through this side however she doesn’t listen. How do you handle treaspassing issues such as these. What are the possible solutions for something like this?

@Cat R. Get a few heavy duty garden rakes spray paint em’ green , randomly lay them down facing up in the yard . Once the idiot needs a new 130$ tire he may think twice about where he pulls in
