Bank wants 25% down for duplex
My bank wants 25% down on a conventional loan for a duplex. What types of loans do you use to have low down payment? I don't want to mortgage my primary house. I'm looking long term to buy more units. I'm interested in turn key type units, I don't mind some updates needed but I'm not looking for large reno's.

Jim S. There’s not really anyway around this unless you owner occupy it. If you don’t do that then it’ll be 25 percent down most likely
