Would you allow someone else to pay tenants rent?

Someone looking at my apartment said her mom pays her rent. Would you allow this? Run her mom's credit as well, get proof of her income, and have her co-sign?

We've done these before. Moms, Dads & even some Sugar Daddies. It all cashes the same.

Just make sure you run the tenant & the person who will be paying the rent. We've always treated the Mom, Dad or Sugar Daddy the same as a regual tenant. They have to sign the lease & go through the application process just like they were a regular tenant. Only difference is they didn't actually move in.
