not the first time wont be the last.. there was an investor from AU  that decided to spend his vacation in Detroit working on 4 plex he bought there got in argument with relative of tenant and dude shot him in the chest DOA...

its why I think most of the PM's I know carry.. at least that work in the mid west and urban cities.
