Renting to tenants with no credit history.

Do you rent to tenants with no credit history?   If you do accept tenants with no credit history what other filters (tenant screening) do you use besides the basics, e.g., employment history, past/present landlord and background check.

Thanks for your thoughts and comments.

@Ernest McNeil Better no credit history than bad history. Are they just saying they have no credit history? I would run their both their background checks to confirm if you haven't already done so.

If this is true then they pay cash for everything and don't rely on credit. That is not a bad thing.

Check their work history. If they make 3x the rent and have stable work history of 2 years or better then I would get a bigger deposit and I would rent to them.
