I have a small apartment in San Jose, CA.  It's only 4 units and has a washer and dryer in the complex. What are other landlords in the area charging for washing and drying?

@Jennifer Rysdam I thought we should have a running thread that broke down laundry to state/county and what we charge. Perhaps machine as well...
