Property Management as an LLC or a C-Corp
I'm looking to start my own property management company for rentals. The rent would pass directly through to the LLC that owns the properties. Should I form an LLC or a Corporation for the property management company? Thank you!

@Peter S. Did something similar ourselves years ago. Set up an S corp for the PM company, had each property in it's own LLC. Everything went through the PM company, which then sent income less expenses to each LLC. Allowed us to avoid needing separate back accounts for each LLC.
