Rental insurance on 9 properties
My current rental insurance company only allows you to insure 8 properties before converting to a commercial account that costs more money.
Any advice or recommendations on what others do for insurance when you have 9 or more properties?

I agree with Jason and would look to add a second commercial policy while maintaining the 9 personal lines provided these are competitively priced and offer the proper coverage.
Good luck!
