Carpet Statutes in Wisconsin

Does anyone know or have a link to the Wisconsin regulations for carpet cleaning and replacing? I would like to find a statute that a friend can use for her tenants. They are demanding she change the carpet and the carpet is only two years old.

Check the "Wisconsin way".  Only regulation I can think of off the top of my head is, carpet cleaning can not be a standard security deposit deduction.

As far as tenant demanding the carpet to be replaced. I would say sure... At your expense... Unless there was an addendum to lease stating they would.
