I recently acquired a two unit and am trying to get tenants. I’ve never had a rental with gas. I have to carbon detectors in. Is there any other protections or protocols people use here as opposed to when they do all electric.

Mark Cruse just make sure your water heater and furnace are venting properly. Typically your gas service provider will not turn on the gas if there are any issues and if there are any issues they will notate what is the problem and what needs to happen.
