Advice for Virgins 😇
Thought that might peek your interest... thanks for joining me! ;) My query... 🤔
Any experience based professional advice, both practical and actionable, to offer a virgin Property Manager (vPM never performed property management duties before) which will yield positive results for s/he to stand out from the competition?
The management of an SFR vs an apartment with 100+ units could pose different challenges, so advice based on your management situation could enlighten other possibilities not yet considered.
Legal protection vary by state so not seeking any legal advise here.
Thanks for your time in advance. You are appreciated!

Before you take another step, research the license requirements for property managers in your area! Satisfying those requirements, if any, will be your step #1.
