Can anyone recommend a good collection agency?

Hi,

One of my tenant's lease expires in 1 month but they are overdue on rent.  They did a stop payment on one month's payment, and their check bounced for another month's payment.

Normally, I would move to evict the tenant and resolve this through a lawyer.  However, I'm concerned that the legal fees will be more than what I can collect in unpaid rent.

At this point, I am considering to just use a collection agency.  Does anyone know of a good collection agency that can help me collect the unpaid rent that is due to me?  Or, could anyone please suggest a better strategy?

Thanks!

James

@James Chung I haven't used them myself but I have seen https://www.rentrecoveryservice.com/ mentioned before.  They have a flat fee option where you can report the late rent to the credit bureaus or the traditional contingency option.
