Looking for an eviction attorney for a property I just purchased at a trustee auction that is owner occupied. The property is in Palm Desert in Riverside County Ca. All suggestions are welcomed. This is my first eviction and previous owner wouldn't settle on a reasonable cash for keys contract. Thanks in advance!!

I use expressevictions.com 2 or 3 times a year. A lot of my friends have switched over to Dennis Block and Assoc evict123.com with much success.
