Hey guys,

My co-worker is going to be moving soon to Tennessee and is planing on renting out the house that they owned in Greenville, SC. They will be too far away to be taking care of it consistently so they wanted to see if there were any good property managers around town. Any you guys would recommend?

Juan, thanks for posting.  I am bumping this to see if any others have feedback.  Feel free to PM me if you do not care to share the information publicly or if you have any thoughts on firms to avoid.  I am transitioning to new management; so, I do not have a recommendation to share yet.
