Congratulations!! What an amazing achievement!

Thanks @Sara Eastler. I appreciate it. I'll let her know and I'll definitely keep that in mind when I begin to invest.

Will do, thanks @Kim Meredith Hampton. And I'll definitely check them out too. Appreciate you guys answering my question. @John Magovern

Hey guys,

My co-worker is going to be moving soon to Tennessee and is planing on renting out the house that they owned in Greenville, SC. They will be too far away to be taking care of it consistently so they wanted to see if there were any good property managers around town. Any you guys would recommend?

Hey guys, I've been looking for a book to begin studying for my real estate exam to get my license, become an agent and start investing and getting into the industry. I'm having a hard time looking for a good book to buy to study the material that'll be on the exam. Any good sites to visit or books you guys would recommend?

Thanks @Richard Cummings. Panera in Greenville is only down the road from my house. Are the meetings in meetup.com also?

Thanks for all this information! I really appreciate it. I'll definitely  be going to all the meetings I can.
