Im curious what landlords in the Omaha / Bellevue area do for utilities? Is that seperate or included, and if included how much?

I only have single family properties and I have the tenant pay all the utilities.  I would assume for a single family that utilities would be about 100-150, depending on the size of the house and season of year.
