Do any landlords or Property Managers use the Next Door App to stay involved with the communities surrounding their properties? I do not know much about the application, or how it works really, but it seems like a decent way to stay connected for remote landlords.

@Alexander Price I'm on NextDoor, and, it seem the whole development is on it. for us owner/occupants it like an electronic "Neighborhood Watch".
