Hi Even, I'm out here in the AV area.

Thank you @Michael McDevitt, was planning on doing same. Just wanted to be sure.

I'm a home owner, and pay my mortgage on the 1st of each month. As we are getting closer to the new year, I wanted to know if a January 2017 payment made in December 2016, would the interest on that payment be applied towards 2016 taxes, or 2017 taxes?

We had this event tonight, and we scheduled it for the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. got to thank @David Faulkner for his insight, and perspective of buying for income property. As well as his perspective on "tenant-proofing".

Next meeting on Tuesday Sept. 20, 2016...will post an event, and get the date right this time.
