Hello all, So I have a duplex in Provo Utah and the contracts are needing to be renewed in August. Both tenants have expressed the desire to stay. So for those in the Provo area what are you seeing as a typical, but fair rent increase right now? Thanks for the help! Matt

I have found the software rent estimate software sites to always be way off.  I'd look at current ads to see what others are asking for rentals.  Like Craigslist.
