Section 8

I purchased a building and was told by management company that no one was on section8. I do not accept section 8 in any of my properties nor do I want to start that process. Does anyone know if I can evict them for that reason? Thanks

Go to the local housing authority and let them know you are not interested. Typically you have to give tenant a notice to move (also provide to housing authority) most common 30-60days. 3 copies, tenant, housing authority and for your records.
