Hardwood Floors : refinishing between tenants
We have a rental up this year in Chicago and the floors look like they need to be redone. The issue is if the tenants move out on the 31st and the new ones move in on the 1st my options are limited. I think the tenants are moving out a few days early on a Saturday, giving me Sunday and Monday to take care of the floors before I have the cleaning and painting done Tuesday and new tenants moving in Wednesday... but if that is not the case, what are my options to get these looking better quickly?

Brie--
It would be much appreciated and might help others if you let us know which ones did or didn't work well. It sounds like you're a busy person, but a little follow-up shouldn't take too long.
Thanks.
And oh yeah, if you can swing it an after pic might be nice.
