Tenant asked to stay one more month

My tenant is supposed to move out on 5/31/16. She had given me her notice of non renewal early this month. I planned to list the house on market to look for new tenants beginning of May. Today she asked to stay until 6/30/16. Should I accommodate her? What month is a good time to look for new tenants? Please advise. Thank you all.

@Winn Vu, she's asking you for a favor to let her stay an extra month. Instead of telling her yet, tell her yes but I would like to show it to prospective tenants during your last month.

Then make appointments that accommodate her schedule as best as possible.

@Lelith Walker gave you excellent advice - this doesn't come out of the security deposit. Have her pay rent, then refund the deposit as she deserves.
