Cleaning Companies for Property Management Companies

Hey folks!

Im starting a cleaning company to do turn around cleaning in between tenants. What do you look for when choosing a cleaning company? How much do you usually pay for cleaning services? I would love any input you have so that I can make sure I'm offering what is desired and for a fair price.

Thank you!

Hi Gino as a property manager I think it is a great idea to start a cleaning company. We definitely look for someone to do trash out cleaning meaning taking the trash with you. Sometimes the clean outs are cumbersome because tenatants tend to leave everything they don't want behind especially disgruntle  tenants. I would say 100-150 per unit is fair. But it also depends onthe  amount of work you will have to do
