Im starting a cleaning company to do turn over cleaning in between tenants. What do you look for when choosing a cleaning company?

How much do you usually pay for cleaning services?

Im starting a cleaning company to do turn around cleaning in between tenants. What do you look for when choosing a cleaning company? How much do you usually pay for cleaning services? I would love any input you have so that I can make sure I'm offering what is desired and for a fair price.
