Hi all looking to buy my first rental property. Condos are a lot cheaper than single family homes. Which is the best route for the first rental. And any advice on what to Watch out for

Hi Jordan
Condos may be the cheaper route initially, however many of them have hoa's fees ranging from$200-400. So you need to keep that in mind. What area are you looking in? Condos near the college may work since it would be lower maintenance for student.
