Hi all I have a quadplex deal in Tampa Florida. Has four 1 n 1 units. Property is in one of the most desirable areas in Tampa. All repairs are cosmetic and asking price is 259k with 10k of repairs Units could easily be rented for minimum 1200 a unit.
