USAA as an Insurance Agent?

Steven Frey

I have access to opening accounts at USAA.  I currently use Autoowners because they allow more than 5 rental houses.  But I know most other companies do NOT allow this.  Does anyone know if USAA does allow rental house coverage above 5 units?

Thank you,

Adam

I have USAA currently on my duplex. I'd give them a check and see what they can give you.

They would not let me have more than 5 landlord policies, and they would only let me write policies to an LLC if I was the sole owner.

This is interesting. USAA is allowing us 10 rentals and above that they go to some outside agency that they have some connection with.

I have 5 properties, 9 total units, insured by USAA. I don't know if I can go above that yet.
