Hialeah, FL Rental Market

Just closed my first property in Hialeah, FL. I have heard it is an excellent rental market. Wondering if there is anyone else on these forums that can provide advice, feedback, and any other forms of wisdom regarding this market.

Also looking to grow the Hialeah portfolio so any potential deals are welcome as well.

I was born and raised in Hialeah and continue to live here to this day. Congratulations on your closing and welcome to the neighborhood. You bought the property as an investment and plan to rent it? That is awesome man, good on you. 

Hialeah is the 6th largest city in the state of Florida. 

The city is predominantly Latino with a strong Cuban population but I think you knew that already. Feel free to reach out me with any questions via private message etc... See you around.

 Welcome to the community. I am an active real estate investor here in Miami Beach. I do have some experience in Hialeah, and know several of my partners and friends who invest heavily in the area. It is a high demand rental market. If you are looking for a partner on any future acquisition in real estate in Miami / Miami Beach / or the Hialeah area, I am sure we can work something out.
