Just closed my first property in Hialeah, FL. I have heard it is an excellent rental market. Wondering if there is anyone else on these forums that can provide advice, feedback, and any other forms of wisdom regarding this market.

Also looking to grow the Hialeah portfolio so any potential deals are welcome as well.

Hey Carlos, glad you got into a property in Hialeah. It is a great area for rent with a lot of hard working Hispanic families.
