what is easiest way to collect rent? I have 3 good renters that pay by check mostly on time.  Then i deposit checks.  This works pretty well but i am in the area. Illinois

If i moved to florida, Is there an automated way or easier way?

Give them the account number and have them deposit checks directly in your bank.
