Hi Everyone! New guy here...

I have a quick question.  Does anyone use digital leases and are they suitable? Everything i read said they are legal and enforceable but wondering how many of you use them.

James, this is a daily process for me. I use it as a real estate agent and also force all of my tenants to sign them electronically. This makes it easier for them to not to 'forget and lose the paperwork' and never return it. We use docusign.
