Which States are Pro Landlord?
The gut feeling tells me that red states= Landlord with blue states= Tenant. Can anyone provide a list?
Bonus: Is investing in pro tenant states all that difficult aside from additional expenses?
BTW- Happy early Mother's Day to all the moms out there on BP!!

I think narrowing by state is too broad it's more by county. In each state their are some counties that are very red and some that are very blue.
You can look at the last presidential election map that is colored by county as to who they voted for to get a better idea.
