Car in parking space

I have a tenant who has had a car backed into their spot for about 3 weeks. The car isn't on the lease or application, it hasn't moved in 3 weeks, and I don't know if it is licensed or not. How does a landlord go about mentioning the unsightliness of the vehicle? Should I write a letter, call, not worry about it? Charge for storage? Thanks in advance

What is "unsightly" about the vehicle? Is it dirty? Is it up on blocks? Or is it just an older vehicle that has seen better days? If GA does registration stickers on the license plate like CA does (I've never paid attention to license plates from other states to see if they do it differently), you should be able to see if the sticker indicates that the vehicle is currently registered.

Does your rental agreement state anything about only keeping operable/registered vehicles on the premises? We had a tenant whose son started working on his car in our complex's parking lot, and left it up on blocks. Our PM served our tenant a notice (perform or quit notice) to restore it to operable condition or remove it within XX days, or it would be towed. You should check the landlord tenant laws in GA regarding vehicles on the premises, and whether you can have them towed.

Sorry, that's the best info I can offer. Hope it helps.
