Tenants pissing

I don't have a provision in my lease prohibiting this, but this week I went to install a new security light at a single family rental home of mine and caught the tenant dad and his 4 year old son peeing together behind the air conditioning compressor.

I didn't make a huge deal out of it, but I let them know I prefer they don't do it again. The dad didn't think its offensive.

Do you all have a no pissing clause on your lease?

It violates health code is criminal as well. That said, potty training kids can be a challenge and parents will go to great lengths to get over this hurdle.
